Accompaniment for Professionals

Angela is an extremely experienced accompanist, having played and performed major vocal and instrumental works with fellow students while a student at The Purcell School.

Angela has since accompanied numerous choirs and worked in collaboration with superb instrumentalists and singers, giving recitals with well-known professional artists such as baritone Andrew Ashwin, bass-baritone Michael Pearce, mezzo-soprano Susan Legg and soprano  Margaret Humphrey-Clark, violinists Dorry Macaulay, Sara Deborah and Catherine Lett, cellist Mikhail Lezdkan and clarinettist Rob Blanken.

Schubert’s ‘Winterreise’ and Schumann’s ‘Dichterliebe’ song cycles, the violin and cello sonatas by Mozart, Beethoven and Brahms and music for clarinet by Brahms and Finzi are just some of the works which Angela has performed as accompanist in recent years.

Angela is always delighted to accompany professional singers and instrumentalists and is happy to discuss recital and other engagements.
